Requirements

Licensing: Must have an active Florida Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focused: Strong dedication to providing outstanding client service and achieving customer satisfaction.

Professionalism: Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.

Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and insurance policies.

Tech Proficiency: Competent in using computer systems and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.

Insurance Sales: Proactively reach out to potential clients, present various insurance options, and close sales efficiently.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy renewals, adjustments, and claims, ensuring high satisfaction.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products that complement clients' existing coverage.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet agency goals and support others in achieving sales targets.

Training and Development: Participate in continuing education to stay informed about industry changes and product updates.
