Job Summary:Responsible for managing the company's continuous improvement projects. Including coaching and training various departments to identify continuous improvement projects, coaching various departments to make project registration forms and registration management, regularly collect and report the data of each project activity, regularly report the project progress of each department and request the department which didn't hit the target to analyze and improve, and calculate the performance of each project, calculating monthly project income and project member bonuses according to regulations, and organizing "monthly", "quarterly" and "yearly" summary meetings for continuous improvement projects.  III. Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties1Coach and train departments to identify continuous improvement projects.2Coaching various departments to make continuous improvement project registration forms and register management.3Responsible for training the company's middle and senior management staff on lean-related knowledge and assessment,4Responsible for monitoring the operation of the five-star team activity and formulating correction plans,5Calculate the income of each continuous improvement project every month, calculate the bonus of project members according to the regulations, submit it to the general manager for approval and then send it to the personnel department for distribution.6Organize the "monthly", "quarterly" and "yearly" summary meeting of the continuous improvement project, and report to the company the results of the continuous improvement project and the deficiencies in the process.7Carry out lean production management knowledge training according to the current situation and the requirements of supervisors8Complete temporary work assignments assigned by immediate supervisor as required.IⅤ. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageProficient in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with colleagues in English and Mandarin respectivelyExperience1+ years of manufacturing lean or project management experienceEducationBachelor degree or above, management major is preferred, those with the same degree, those who hold Lean Management or Lean Lean Six Sigma-related certification are preferredPhysical ConditionN/AOther RequirementsN/AKnowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the jobProfessional  Knowledge, SkillsProficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, PLEX and other office softwareProficiency in using MS Excel for statistics and analysis of various production dataMaster the identification and improvement methods of the seven wastes, and master the logical method of problem analysis. Skilled in using "Lean 6 Sigma Project DMAIC Method" or "Toyota Work Method" "QCC" to carry out continuous improvement projects.Skilled in training and coaching improvement projectsV. Work Environment:
Offices, production sites, where employees are occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and iron-toed work boots.VI. Key Performance Indicators:
 1. Timely rate of notification of continuous improvement project nodes (%)
 2. Person hours for continuous improvement project-related knowledge training (person hours/month)
 3. Timely rate of continuous improvement project bonuses (%)
 4. The company's continuous improvement project revenue completion rate (%)

Must be 18 years of age or older.
