You'll join a community of delivery professionals who thrive in complexity and are passionate about making things happen. Our teams lead high-impact initiatives across industries, partnering with clients to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and deliver results that matter. Whether it's a multi-workstream transformation or a product launch, we bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every engagement.
We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, tailoring delivery approaches to meet them where they are—whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid. Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.

- Partner with clients to define program goals, success metrics, and governance structures that align with strategic business outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and budgets to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Facilitate agile and hybrid delivery models, driving alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques (e.g., predictive analytics for risk and resource planning, generative AI for documentation and reporting, automation for program tracking) to accelerate delivery and improve decision-making.
- Contribute to Slalom's delivery excellence by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.
- Support business development efforts through scoping, estimation, and solution shaping.
What You'll Bring
- 5-10 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools to streamline program execution and enhance team productivity.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
