  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, including task tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI for meeting notes and documentation, automation for status reporting, predictive tools for risk tracking) to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Work closely with senior consultants and project leads to ensure alignment with delivery best practices.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts within the delivery capability.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical project coordination or management, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools that support project delivery and team productivity.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members and clients.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, technology, engineering).
