Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead strategic initiatives focused on data governance, automation, and Salesforce platform enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business requirement translation, and agile solution delivery. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure timely, high-quality execution of complex technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and maintain updates to business requirements across assigned projects.
  • Provide consistent progress reports and updates to key business stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the Salesforce delivery team to ensure project requirements are well understood and executed on schedule.
  • Coordinate and facilitate bi-weekly Salesforce demonstrations showcasing work completed against requirements.
  • Lead implementation and governance initiatives related to data management, automation, and AI-driven improvements.
  • Support and oversee projects related to data consolidation and process optimization.
  • Perform additional project management duties within Commercial Data and Sales Governance as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum
    7+ years of project management experience
    , demonstrating advanced leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
  • At least
    3 years of experience
    translating business requirements into actionable deliverables, managing defects, and overseeing enhancements.
  • Proven experience managing projects within an
    Agile framework
    .

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience building and managing functionality within the
    Salesforce platform
    .
  • Exposure to
    AI-driven tools
    and
    RPG-based systems
    .
  • Background in
    financial or data governance
    is a plus.
