Role Overview

As a Project Manager at Ellemar, you will take full command of complex, high-value residential builds — leading architecture, trades, and execution into perfect alignment. You are not simply managing schedules; you're shaping outcomes. You will set the standard, drive momentum, and lead with a sense of precision and purpose that reflects the core of our brand.

You'll balance detail with decisiveness, artistry with accountability — orchestrating each project from concept to completion so that every client, craftsman, and colleague knows they are part of something extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead multi-million-dollar custom home projects from inception to completion, delivering each on time, on budget, and beyond expectation.


• Serve as the central liaison between architects, designers, engineers, trades, and clients — ensuring total alignment and flawless execution.


• Oversee daily field operations, enforcing jobsite excellence in safety, cleanliness, and workmanship.


• Anticipate challenges before they arise, bringing foresight, composure, and solutions to every stage of construction.


• Conduct daily and weekly site walks, tracking measurable progress, documenting milestones, and ensuring every finish reflects Ellemar's brand standard.


• Uphold our culture of accountability — ensuring subcontractors, suppliers, and partners deliver to the same level of pride we demand of ourselves.


• Lead coordination meetings, client updates, and milestone reviews with precision and clarity.


• Maintain active documentation, scheduling, and communication through Buildertrend and Google Drive.


• Ensure all city permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are managed proactively.

• Build trust and credibility with clients, architects, and trades through decisiveness and clarity.


• Master our Buildertrend and internal communication systems for seamless project execution.


• Deliver visible progress and precision across assigned projects — with no detail overlooked.


• Demonstrate command of schedules, costs, and coordination with proactive accountability.


• Set the tone for excellence and ownership across your jobsite — where quality speaks for itself.

Qualifications & Experience


• Minimum 10+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction; luxury or estate-scale projects required.


• Strong command of construction sequencing, building codes, and fine-finish detail.


• Proven record of leading multiple complex projects with discipline and precision.


• Exceptional communication and leadership skills — commanding respect from clients and crews alike.


• Valid driver's license with ability to manage multiple South Florida job sites.
