Junior to Mid level Project ManagerOnsite in Coconut Creek Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate security-related IT projects from initiation through completionPartner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT operations teams to define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelinesSupport the rollout and adoption of security tools and technologiesMaintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholdersTrack budgets, schedules, risks, and dependenciesFacilitate project meetings and ensure action items are followed throughIdentify potential roadblocks and escalate issues proactivelyEnsure projects comply with security and regulatory standardsRequired Experience & Skills2–5+ years of experience in Project Management, IT project delivery, or Project CoordinationExperience supporting security initiatives, such as:Identity & Access Management (IAM)Endpoint or network securityIncident response processesSecurity tool implementationsRisk, compliance, or governance activitiesStrong organizational skills and deadline-driven mindsetComfortable working with technical teams and translating requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsCertifications such as PMP, Security+, or related credentialsExperience working on cloud, network, or infrastructure security projectsExposure to SOC, GRC, IAM, or general security operationsTechnical familiarity with tools like VMware, firewalls, Duo/MFA, O365 security, etc.
