SharePoint / Power Platform Developer

Digital Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (DESI) is seeking a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This is a Full Time (Regular) Exempt (Salary) remote telework position. Candidates must be located within the contiguous United States with the ideal candidate located in the Eastern or Central time zone.

ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform the full range of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including analysis, design, development, test, deployment, and support within an Agile project environment for Power Platform Solutions.
• Conduct research, provide consultation, and design Power Platform solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support modern solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc).
• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support Power Automate flows.
• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support Power Apps.
• Research, troubleshoot, and fix Power Platform solution and end user issues.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the education and experience listed below:

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• BA/BS and 3 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR-HS/GED and 9 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above.
• A bachelor's or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar is preferred.
• College degrees must be obtained from an accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

• Experience building dashboards and visuals with Power Bi.
• Experience in developing, testing, debugging and deploying Power Platform solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and developing appropriate solutions.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint lists and libraries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• US Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance (interim required to start).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates with experience or knowledge in these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

• Experience using HTML and JavaScript in a Power App.
• Experience with Copilot, Model Driven Apps, and Dataverse.
• Power Platform training and/or certification(s).
• Active SECRET clearance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The compensation range is based on industry compensation data and/or position budget and reflects our commitment to transparency and fairness:

• The annual base compensation range is $90,000 to $115,000, commensurate with education, certifications, and experience.
• Other compensation may include discretionary bonuses, referral rewards, and spot awards.
