We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Developer/Consultant to design, build, and govern scalable business solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience in complex application and workflow development, integration with core data services, and a commitment to best practices in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including site collections, custom lists, libraries, and permissions.

  • Design and develop Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate flows to streamline business operations.

  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, Dataverse, and external data sources.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Establish and enforce governance, security, and lifecycle management standards for Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.

  • 1+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and REST APIs.

  • Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and/or Microsoft Graph API for advanced integration scenarios.

  • Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform (e.g., managed solutions, DevOps pipelines, Environment Strategy).

  • Experience with Power Platform AI components such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience developing and deploying custom connectors in Power Platform.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
