WHO YOU ARE

• You're an experienced irrigation tech ready to lead installs, service calls, and seasonal tasks

• You understand valves, wiring, pressure regulation, timers, and troubleshooting inside and out

• You're confident operating trenchers, pullers, and diagnostic tools

• You have strong communication skills—with both clients and your team

• You take pride in doing the job right and helping others grow

• You have a valid driver's license and ideally an irrigation certification/license

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

System Diagnosis & Repair

• Troubleshoot complex irrigation issues (valves, wiring, pressure loss, coverage problems)

• Repair or replace sprinklers, controllers, backflows, piping, and drip components

• Handle emergency service calls and customer concerns with confidence

Installation Leadership

• Read and execute layout plans for new installs and retrofits

• Operate trenchers, vibratory plows, and other equipment with precision

• Direct crew members during installs and ensure quality control

Seasonal Adjustments & Scheduling

• Perform spring startups and fall blowouts with detailed inspections

• Adjust programs and watering schedules based on seasonal needs

• Communicate scheduling needs and service plans with the office team

Team Support & Customer Interaction

• Train and mentor junior irrigation techs

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients on-site

• Identify upsell opportunities (e.g., smart controller upgrades, drip conversions) and relay to the sales team

• Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
