Job Summary:

The Administrator will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative operations while assisting with financial tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance and Management teams.
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly reports, invoices, and statements.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Maintain organized financial files and ensure accurate data entry in financial systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications between departments.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and financial reviews.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or finance support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or bookkeeping.
  • BILINGUAL
