OVERVIEW

The Technical Project Manager Support Analyst will support a platform to allow OHT to standardize the standing up and monitoring/oversight of projects in the VHA portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Will support VHA in tasks requiring program planning, audits, and evaluations related to various healthcare programs and projects.
  • In support of the Leads, document requirements/specification with stakeholders/end users for new features, enhancements, and fixes
  • Update technical documentation as updates to the platform are made
  • Support project management duties to include meeting minutes and briefings (PowerPoint) deck
  • Own weekly and monthly deliverable reports to Portfolio Team

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Using various methodologies and sources, must be able to obtain recent and relevant data for VA/VHA Initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to review documents to provide a high-level summary/snapshot of the content.
  • Must possess a favorable NACI Background check and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.1
