Collaborates with the implementation team in discovering and understanding the client's business objectives and systems needsAids the Solutions Architect in designing solutions that meet the client's requirements; identifies opportunities to present customized software solutions, and communicates the solutions and the depth of organization resources with Sales RepresentativesHeads building and testing of solutions; and demonstrates feasibility and assures the solution performs as designed Oversees the delivery and installation of customized software solution Supports clients, promotes the adoption of solutions, and heads the training of clients as well as Sales Engineers to assist and administer customized solutions Works with Project Leaders to understand assigned project responsibilities, and keeps the projects on scheduleCommunicates progress and expectations, escalates problems to Project Leader for awareness and/or resolution Provides technical expertise based on company technology and client network and workflow requirements Assists with educational seminars, open houses, and tradeshows by demonstrating and presenting company technology and providing an added level of technical expertise for enhanced customer credibilityMaintains and updates widespread engineering knowledgeParticipates in regular status meetings with Project Leaders and Consulting DirectorsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field Ten (10) years of experience in a similar role Salesforce Sales Cloud certification requiredSalesforce Service Cloud certification preferredActive Security clearance requiredIPTA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
