Data Analyst

Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced
Data Analyst
to work in one of the following Segra offices: Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; or Kansas City, MO.

Location Requirement:

This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. Must be in one of the following Segra offices: Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; or Kansas City, MO.

Role Overview:

The Network Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the company's on-net/near-net building list which leads to future sales opportunities. Will assist the Director of Network Strategy in ensuring that the 500K+ list is accurate. This role is also responsible for generating and auditing Service Level Agreement (SLA) Service Delivery and Assurance reports. This role will drive reduced monthly expenses as it pertains to SLA Credits awarded to Carrier customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Must be proficient in Excel, especially with pivot tables and working with large data sets (thousands of rows)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Telecommunications industry experience is highly preferred
• A background in SQL is preferred but not required
• Experience with OcularIP is highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Experience communicating with upper management preferred
• Ability to drive projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to hold others accountable
• Operate with a sense of urgency
• Familiarity with Segra's Network data in OcularIP, SegraOne, Change Manager, GIS, TTS preferred
• Familiar with Carrier Master Service Agreements and the performance requirements associated with each customer preferred

Salary Range:
$61,000 - $76,300
