POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Invoicing Support Specialist reports to the Assistant Controller and CFO. This position will perform accounting functions as listed below and assist the accounting department with projects as presented.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Billing
  • Refund Processing
  • Manage Client Bank Accounts
  • Create Monthly Reconciliation Reports
  • Coordinate and/or assist with special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrate a teamwork philosophy by working cooperatively with others inside and outside the Finance Division.
  • Attend required in-service and staff meetings.
  • Preserve the confidentiality of all business-sensitive information, including but not limited to that of insured groups, individuals and employees.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School education required.
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in word and excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Oral and written communication skills
