What You'll Do:

As the Plant Manager of our Springfield, MO Service Center, you'll lead a small but mighty team in a high-impact, hands-on operations role. You'll oversee all aspects of plant performance — from safety and quality to production, maintenance, and people development — ensuring that every crate, every process, and every person contributes to our success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading daily operations to achieve safety, quality, and production goals

  • Building, coaching, and motivating your team to drive engagement and accountability

  • Overseeing maintenance, shipping/receiving, and scheduling functions

  • Managing budgets, cost controls, and performance metrics

  • Partnering with the Regional Director of Operations to execute strategic initiatives

  • Ensuring food safety and ISO standards are consistently met

  • Driving process improvement and efficiency across all plant functions

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Plant Manager in a manufacturing, packaging, or food production environment

  • Proven ability to lead in a hands-on, fast-paced, and sometimes challenging setting

  • Strong safety and compliance mindset; food safety experience preferred

  • Demonstrated success in building teams and improving operational performance

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • High integrity, energy, and follow-through — a leader who sets the tone by example

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management preferred

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, Missouri

  • Monday through Friday schedule

  • Occasional flexibility required for shift coverage or key operational needs
