Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Duties

  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces pristine and inviting
  • Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
  • Conduct gardening activities like planting new greenery, mulching beds, fertilizing lawns, and seasonal flower rotations
  • Maintain landscape features by repairing fencing, installing new plantings, and performing routine upkeep of garden beds
  • Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes to perform detailed gardening tasks with precision
  • Support general property maintenance including debris removal, soil preparation, and pest management to uphold high standards of landscape quality
  • Collaborate with team members to plan landscape projects and execute them efficiently while adhering to safety protocols

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance best practices
  • Experience in lawn care techniques including mowing, aeration, fertilization, and pest control
  • Proficiency with gardening principles rooted in horticulture to promote healthy plant growth
  • Ability to operate power tools safely while maintaining equipment properly for longevity and performance
  • Familiarity with landscaping techniques such as planting design, mulching, pruning, and soil preparation
  • Skilled in using hand tools effectively for detailed gardening work
  • Understanding of landscape maintenance schedules and seasonal adjustments
