• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Hourly Range: $21.00 – $22.00 (Depending on experience)

We're Hiring a Warehouse Lead

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in leading others to achieve excellence. If you enjoy coordinating daily operations, mentoring team members, and driving results through accuracy and efficiency, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Coach, train, and direct team members to achieve accuracy and productivity goals
• Monitor workflow, warehouse layout, and storage efficiency
• Support safety compliance and ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and reconciliation
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with management, purchasing, and transportation teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries
• Assist with system implementation, process improvement, and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience

Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, RF scanners, and warehouse management processes

Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving

Proven leadership and people management skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability

Strong computer proficiency (Excel, reporting, tracking systems)

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly and stand for most of the shift

High school diploma or GED required
