Pipeline Packaging, an employee-owned company, is a leading industrial rigid packaging distributor in the United States seeking an enthusiastic, responsible and customer oriented individual that has a positive attitude and shares the values of our company culture which is built around teamwork, family, honest communication and producing desirable results for our Warrensville Heights, OH facility.

This is a hands-on, detailed-oriented position responsible for assembling and labelling product in accordance with customers specifications and quality standards. The role involves the accurate movement of inventory components to and from designated workstations, ensuring smooth workflow and inventory control. Additionally, this position supports the outbound logistics by accurately staging and loading finished goods at the shipping dock to meet delivery schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assembly of caps, labels, etc. onto various containers
  • Movement of materials with forklift and/or pallet jack
  • Placing containers onto pallets for distribution
  • Communicating with other warehouse employees to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed in a timely manner
  • Use of an RF scanner to properly track products throughout the warehouse
  • Accurately pick sales orders with paper pick ticket or RF scanner
  • Assist with loading and unloading of incoming or outgoing product
  • Other duties as assigned to support Pipeline Packaging operations
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure safe operations

Qualifications

  • High School diploma (or GED)
  • Physically able to push, pull and lift at least 25lbs
  • Able to sit or stand for long periods of time; completing repetitive tasks
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
  • Must be motivated to learn and adapt to all projects
  • Comfortable working in warehouse/distribution/industrial environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong organization, communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal and listening skills. Demonstrated ability to embrace and adapt to change.
  • Proven ability in handling multiple priorities and details in a multi-tasking environment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
