Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CSR to join our team. This roles primary responsibility is answering inbound calls, scheduling & confirming appointments. The ideal candidate will have a service-minded attitude & be efficient in multi-tasking and proficiency in various office tasks.

Duties

  • Answering Inbound Phone
  • Scheduling & Confirming Appointments
  • Out bounding on follow up
  • Out bounding on marketing efforts
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries and providing assistance in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to an efficient workflow within the office.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a productive environment.
  • Other various office tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office setting with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer support best practices.
  • Personal assistant experience is beneficial for managing executive tasks effectively.
