Position Overview:

This role is essential in helping more nonprofits benefit from our platform and digital marketing services. As a full-time Sales Representative at PWI, you'll meet with warm nonprofit leads over video, understand their goals, and guide them toward the services that will help them succeed—including Google Ad Grant support, digital marketing services, and our nonprofit tools.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Saint Charles, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with warm nonprofit leads over video to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Ask strong discovery questions to recommend the best service package for their needs.
  • Pitch and explain the Google Ad Grant, PWI's marketing services, and our nonprofit platform and tools.
  • Lead engaging product demos and walkthroughs of the PWI platform and tools.
  • Clearly explain how digital marketing services (Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, etc.) support nonprofit growth.
  • Engage in strategy conversations to understand nonprofit needs related to digital marketing and operations.
  • Walk nonprofits through what success looks like and how our team will support them.
  • Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to track activity, log meeting notes, manage your sales pipeline, and produce detailed reporting.
  • Support general sales and business development efforts to increase nonprofit engagement and adoption.

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Google Ad Grants: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Nonprofit Work/Volunteer: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 1+ years (Preferred)

Requirements:

  • Full-time, in-office at our Saint Charles, IL office.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1–2 years of sales or outreach experience.
  • Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and confident.
  • Comfortable on video calls and presenting to nonprofit leaders.
  • Ability to learn and explain digital marketing concepts (training provided).
  • Tech-savvy with Google Suite; ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Passion for helping nonprofits succeed and aligned with PWI's mission.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience. (PREFERRED)
  • Experience working with nonprofits or volunteer roles. (PREFERRED)
  • Comfortable learning and talking about digital marketing concepts like Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and paid social. (PREFERRED)
