Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and team. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and passionate about spirits, mixology, and guest service. You'll manage all aspects of bar performance — from inventory control and staff development to guest engagement and creative cocktail innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee daily bar operations including scheduling, ordering, and inventory control
  • Maintain beverage cost targets and uphold quality and consistency standards
  • Collaborate with ownership and management on cocktail menu development and seasonal features
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol service laws and health regulations
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and cigars
  • Foster a professional, team-oriented atmosphere in line with the Davidoff of Geneva brand

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of bar management experience in a premium or luxury hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets, ordering, and inventory systems
  • Commitment to hospitality, presentation, and service excellence
  • Cigar knowledge or interest in cigar culture strongly preferred
