Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures and manages all custodial and housekeeping operations
  • Maintains constant communication with direct managers / supervisor and responds to request of departments
  • Tours and inspects the facility to ensure cleanliness requirements are met in a timely fashion; addressing any outstanding tasks in real time
  • Oversight of job orders and specifications to understand the materials and labor required to complete a task within each area respectively
  • Assures that team members have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform custodial services/ housekeeping/ cleaning
  • Works directly with higher management to develop forecasting and have and understanding of the budgetary guidelines
  • Reduce likelihood of significant disruption of housekeeping services
  • Contribute to the overall success of housekeeping operations by creating a work environment that encourages respect for team members and development of skills
