We're looking for a Sales Director to lead our talented team of Senior Business Development Managers and Account Managers. You'll drive enterprise growth, shape our US sales strategy, and build meaningful partnerships with major retailers. This is an opportunity to lead, grow and make a lasting impact as we expand across North America.
Please note, to apply for this role you must be Texas (US) based and legally eligible to work in the US. The role is hybrid, with occasional travel for team collaboration, customer meetings, events and visits to our UK HQ.

- Proven experience in US enterprise sales, within the retail sector.
- A record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Success managing complex, high-value sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
- Experience driving both new business and account growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and a balance of strategic and hands-on execution.

What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop VoCoVo's US sales team.
- Own and execute our US sales strategy for sustainable growth.
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise retailers and partners.
- Represent VoCoVo at senior retail meetings and industry events.
- Collaborate with global teams on go-to-market and commercial plans.
- Share US market insights to shape global strategy.
- Provide accurate forecasts and ensure sales visibility.
- Be the voice of US operations on VoCoVo's leadership team.
What success looks like
In your first 6 months:
- Understand our products, customers, and market.
- Analyse and refine our US go-to-market plan.
- Strengthen team performance and deliver early revenue wins.
Within 12–24 months:
- Establish VoCoVo as a trusted partner to leading US retailers.
- Deliver consistent revenue and ARR growth.
- Build a high-performing, motivated sales team.
- Influence global direction with your US market insights.
Salary
Salary range: $180,000 - $200,000 plus commission
