Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, with proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of customer service. Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through exceptional customer service and account management.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the technology sector.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within technology or technical sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and reporting purposes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining focus on sales objectives.
