As Director of Sales, you will play a key role in shaping the success of an award-winning hotel while contributing to a company that truly values the human side of hospitality. Your primary focus will be building relationships and leading strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue and grow the hotel's market presence. You will spend your days meeting with potential clients, maintaining strong ties with loyal partners, and positioning the hotel as a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. By staying aware of local trends, monitoring competitors, and identifying new opportunities, you will help the hotel stay ahead of the curve. Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, your insights will influence key decisions, while your presence will also foster a positive culture within the property. You will guide the team, encourage collaboration, and ensure the guest experience remains at the center of every decision. Through every interaction with clients, guests, and coworkers, you will model sincerity, respect, and thoughtful communication-making a meaningful impact on both revenue and the overall spirit of the hotel.

This position is ideal for candidates with hospitality sales experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential. You should be confident managing your time, staying organized, and taking initiative in your outreach. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, though occasional travel, evenings, or weekends may be required. Physical demands may include walking, standing, or lifting light items as part of daily operations.
