Now interviewing and hiring a sous chef at Bon Ton Prime Rib. Four years of fine dining or steakhouse experience is required

Revived within the historic 1840's Natchez building, Bon Ton Prime Rib will offer signature cuts of prime rib, New Orleans inspired seafood and timeless classic cocktails, all served nightly.

Interviews are held Monday through Friday from 12pm to 330pm at 401 Magazine Street, New Orleans, The interviews will be conducted at Chophouse New Orleans Restaurant.

About The Role

We are seeking cooks with the ability and drive to maintain our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. The desire to grow and advance as a culinary professional, with the ability to work in high volume. Having an open mind with learning as your main goal is the most valuable asset you can possess. Making sure that all recipes and preparations are in accordance with Bon Ton Prime Rib standards. Helping to maintain a safe, orderly and clean kitchen is a mandatory practice, we believe in fostering education and growth, and we want like -minded individuals who are willing to put in the work to move forward in their culinary career.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
