The Legendary La Bodega on the Boulevard is looking for a Floor Manager to join our quickly growing team.

**Additionally, Let's Eat Restaurant Group is looking for quality Leadership for this and upcoming new concepts.**

Our Managers will be expected to give our guests a culinary experience they will be talking about with all their friends You will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our guests dining experience.

Responsibilities include; ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, explaining our menu choices, assisting guests with ordering, suggesting Wines or Cocktails, delivering food and beverages, along with guiding and mentoring the floor team. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we'd love to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will WOW our guests and help to maintain and attract future guests. Plenty of growth opportunity with the company continually looking to expand the brand. Responsibilities Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Greet/acknowledge guests immediately upon arrival. Present and explain our menus and help guests select food/beverages Accurately take, input, and deliver orders Answer questions or make recommendations according to the guests needs Effectively communicate & collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen, & bar staff Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude. Present final checks, accurately settle checks, and leave guests with a friendly farewell Mentor new staff members Knowledge of scheduling Experience with 7 Shifts, Toast, and Open Table a plus but not required. Food Handlers and Liquor Handlers Certification Skills Prior experience in a fast paced Upscale casual environment Attention to detail with cleanliness and safety Patience and a guest-oriented approach Excellent people skills with a friendly can-do attitude Responsible and trustworthy
