Kansas City Luxury Dry Cleaners is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role requires a polished appearance, energetic demeanor, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Position Overview:

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations. You will oversee the front desk team, manage inventory, handle cash transactions, and contribute to training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Ensure front desk team adherence to schedules and meeting attendance.
  • Interact with clients professionally, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues and educate clients on business operations affecting production times.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer issues to facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Prepare reports to enhance customer service and support production.
  • Prevent conflicts between team members and clients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Inventory Management:

  • Ensure proper placement and organization of items on shelves.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
  • Resolve inventory inconsistencies.

Cash Handling:

  • Accurately and efficiently manage daily cash transactions.
  • Maintain complete financial transaction records.
  • Be accountable for any discrepancies in cash management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotes, manage client risk releases, and update due dates.
  • Ensure accurate communication to prevent liability in case of garment damage.
  • Manage batch processes, checking for late orders or improperly itemized items.
  • Communicate customer requests to the production team.
  • Have communication with our outsourced alterations and leather businesses
  • carry out the detail, shipments and movements of the pieces of alterations, repairs, leather and fur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
