Location - Dallas Texas
Duration – 6 months
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree.
- 2 years experience or equivalent course work in business management, finance, accounting or technology related field.
- 2 years experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
- 2 years experience with applications such as database management, SharePoint, Excel, or business analytics.
Job Description
The Commercial Card Account Manager works with Accounting, Back Office Processing and Balancing and the card processing vendor to support the Commercial Card product.
Serving as the subject matter expert for operations and posting practices, this position will support account lifecycle management, payments and GL monitoring and credit action updates
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as Liaison to Back Office and Card Processor
- Analyze reports to post exception payments and research rejects
- Support daily operations and perform critical control activities
- Analyze reports to identify and resolve exceptions
- Initiate process improvements and utilize automation to improve internal processes and reporting.
- Create and maintain documentation and support materials, including work instructions and procedures.
Process Improvement and Projects
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce expenses, and continually improve the ancillary business functions supporting the Commercial Card product.
- Participate in meetings with internal partners and vendors.
- Document requirements and process flows.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Card data and its use by internal partners.
