YOUR LIFE AS A DATA ENTRY - IMPLEMENTATION TECH

This full-time position with our technology company works typical business hours.

As a Data Entry - Implementation Tech our software company, you serve as the technical subject matter expert during the implementation and execution of new client conversions. You work on applicant tracking, onboarding, employee self-service, payroll, timekeeping, HR systems, and APIs used by thousands of clients and users on a daily basis. Partnering with an implementation specialist, you ensure all data is accurate and agreed upon before submitting it. You import employee wage data, prior tax liabilities, agency POAs, and banking data.

In addition, you ensure all data is balanced as well as perform quality assurance checks to make sure payroll frequencies, PTO plans, benefit deductions, earning codes, garnishments, time entry, and HR functions are implemented correctly. When adjustments need to be made, you act quickly and efficiently. You also assist in the training and development of other team members as needed. Being in a position that uses your superb data entry and administrative skills brings you great satisfaction, which is why you thrive in this office position

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Experience working with human capital management (HCM) systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technology
• Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients

A bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience with Excel, HCM, and SQL Server would be a plus, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
