Litigation Associate Attorneys
to join their nationally-recognized practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with an elite team on complex, high-stakes patent disputes in the technology and life sciences industries.

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar exam.
  • 1–6 years of substantive patent litigation experience.
  • Degrees or experience in high-tech or life sciences fields are preferred, but not required. Candidates from a variety of fields and industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of patent litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Work closely with clients, technical experts, and senior attorneys to develop case strategy.
  • Participate in proceedings before federal courts and the Patent Office.
  • Engage in complex analysis of technical and scientific concepts related to patent disputes.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation
: includes a salary ranging from
$235,000 to $390,000
(determined by experience and market factors), along with opportunities to earn a discretionary performance-based bonus.
