Position Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for performing all administrative functions of the construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.Administrative functions include, but not limited to trade scopes, buy out, contracts, submittals, change order review and approval, document management, and payment applications. This is an onsite office position with a requirement of regular jobsite visits. The Project Manager must coordinate and work seamlessly with the Superintendent(s). What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced, detail-driven Project Manager with strong communication skills, excellent organizational habits, and a hands-on, team-oriented mindset. You must currently reside in South Florida and be able to have a valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation to the jobsite(s) in South Florida and Corporate Office in Hollywood.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Plan, organize, and manage project activities to meet contractual, schedule, and quality standards.
- Prepare, issue, and manage contracts and documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records, logs, and reports.
- Manage financials, including payment applications, change orders, and cost tracking.
- Read and interpret construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and maintain schedules, prioritizing long-lead scopes.
- Lead Owner, Design Team, and jobsite meetings; document outcomes and action items.
- Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
- Set and manage client expectations with clarity and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Identify risks early and develop strategies to mitigate impacts.
- Support Superintendents in achieving jobsite and safety goals.
- Ensure compliance with permitting, insurance, and contract requirements.
- Provide clear, timely project updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate, review, and process RFIs, submittals, and material deliveries.
- Promote company values—Relationships, Integrity, Dedication, Excellence—through daily actions.
- Comply with OSHA and Coble's Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of high-end residential, construction industry, as a Project Manager with demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office; Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, reliable transportation and a willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
