Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant/Sales & Marketing Representative to support our office operations and contribute to our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where multitasking and attention to detail are essential for success.

Duties

  • Manage phone operations, including handling phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools, Zoom, etc.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure accuracy of documents and records
  • Support sales initiatives by maintaining customer databases, processing orders, and assisting with marketing campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Handle administrative tasks such as bookkeeping by managing invoices, and tracking payments
  • Assist with personal or executive support tasks as needed, including calendar management and document preparation

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred, including clerical experience and customer service background
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and data entry skills
  • Experience with phone systems, and office management is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
  • Strong organizational skills, time management capabilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Personal assistant or receptionist experience is advantageous but not required

This position is ideal for a motivated individual seeking a versatile role that combines administrative support with sales and marketing responsibilities in a professional setting.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10, $50,000.00 per year
