General Manager – Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strong leadership and strategic direction across multiple restaurant locations
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective operational management, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant leadership teams to foster high performance and accountability
  • Oversee staffing, training, and development initiatives to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing, and corporate policies
  • Drive a culture of excellence, hospitality, and continuous improvement
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational metrics to optimize performance
  • Foster community relationships and enhance brand awareness through local marketing efforts
  • Lead crisis management and resolve escalated guest or operational issues with professionalism and care
