We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will manage existing client relationships, expand our market presence, and contribute to the continued growth of AGQ USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio valued at approximately $3 million.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and support for laboratory testing needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and trade show participation.
  • Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to increase revenue from both existing and new customers.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track performance, and report progress.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and laboratory teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports.
  • Represent AGQ USA professionally in industry events and client meetings.
  • Maintain a high level of familiarity with ISO 17025 policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field).
  • Previous laboratory testing experience in an ISO 17025-accredited lab strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in outside sales, account management, or business development roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Must live within commuting distance of our laboratory or be willing to relocate.
  • Candidates who bring an existing client portfolio are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (DOE)
  • Un-Capped Commission Structure: Based on growth from both existing and new client sales
  • On-Track Earnings: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
  • Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly; commissions paid quarterly; end-of-year bonus potential
