Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a blend of negotiation skills, account management expertise, and a strong understanding of technology sales. As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our business by effectively managing client accounts and identifying new opportunities.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Engage in business development activities to identify new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including warm calling potential clients to introduce our services.
- Leverage Salesforce for account management, tracking client interactions, and analyzing sales data.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or related fields such as B2B sales or technology sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
- Experience in leadership roles is a plus, demonstrating the ability to guide teams towards achieving goals.
- A proactive approach to business development with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
