We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned medical practice clients. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operational needs, ensuring timely and accurate completion of key business functions, and building strong, trust-based relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations, bookkeeping, HR administration, payroll, and provider credentialing.

Duties

  • Bookkeeping: Record and reconcile financial transactions, manage accounts payable, and produce monthly financial summaries for clients.
  • Human Resources: Support client HR functions including onboarding, employee file management, and compliance tracking.
  • Payroll: Process client payroll accurately and on schedule; ensure tax and benefits deductions are correct.
  • Provider Credentialing: Manage credentialing and recredentialing with payers and facilities, ensuring deadlines are met and applications are accurate.
  • Act as the main liaison between us and assigned clients, delivering timely updates and clear communication.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation in alignment with compliance requirements.

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare administration, practice management, or a related operational role.
  • Experience with medical bookkeeping, payroll systems, and HR processes.
  • Knowledge of provider credentialing with insurance payers and facilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks, payroll software, and credentialing systems preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and priorities.
