 As required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position

ASRT, Inc. provides scientific, information management, management consulting, bioinformatics, and administrative program support to Federal agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to support the DHA in Falls Church, VA.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Subject Matter Expert
will serve as a subject-matter authority supporting strategic workforce and process optimization within ADHCA.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expertise in IM/IT workforce planning and strategic program analysis.
  • Develop policy guidance and process improvement frameworks.
  • Conduct studies and briefings to inform DHA decision-making.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 3–5 years' relevant federal or DoD experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar certification preferred.

Required:

  • Currently hold or have recently held a Public Trust clearance or higher.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
  • Experience with DoD Tasker and Correspondence Management Systems
  • Familiarity with Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
  • Understanding of Army, Navy, and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs.

Security Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to Tier II Public Trust Security Clearance

Language Skills:

  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

REQUIREMENT:
 Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States.

SALARY:
 Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
