What You'll Do

  • Pick up equipment and products from Glendale, AZ, transport them to events around the Valley, and return everything back to Glendale after.
  • Set up and break down market booths (tents, tables, displays, etc.).
  • Represent our brand at markets and events by engaging with customers, explaining the wellness benefits of our treats, and driving sales.
  • Project your voice, pull customers in, and create excitement around our products.
  • Memorize and sell our top five best-selling treats with confidence during a paid working interview.
  • Be comfortable being filmed for social media content while working events.

Schedule & Availability

  • Events vary — some as early as 7 AM and some ending as late as 9 PM.
  • Saturdays are required (farmers markets every weekend).
  • Some events fall on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
  • Schedules are provided a month in advance.
  • Must have open availability to work across weekends and some weekdays.

Minimum Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)

  • Must be 18 or older (preferably young, excited, and eager to grow with us).
  • Animal lover with a genuine passion for pets and wellness.
  • Must live in or near Glendale, AZ (pick-up location).
  • Reliable transportation is mandatory — you will be transporting products and equipment to and from events all over the Valley (Mesa, Gilbert, Surprise, Goodyear, etc.).
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting/setting up tents, tables, and equipment).
  • Open availability for weekends and occasional weekday events.
  • Sales/customer service background required — this is not just hanging out with dogs. You must engage customers, create excitement, and drive sales.
  • Comfortable being part of social media content creation at events.
  • Looking for long-term employment — this is not a temporary or seasonal position.

Compensation & Perks

  • Training Period (3 weeks): $15/hour
  • After Training: $20/hour (includes travel expense coverage)
