We're Amazing Lash Studio Arrowhead, a chic and bustling lash and beauty studio offering lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, and full-facial waxing. Located off 67th Ave and the 101, in Glendale Arizona. Open 7 days a week, we're all about delivering exceptional beauty experiences with a touch of glam. Our team of skilled stylists creates magic daily, and we need a superstar at the front desk to help keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first smiling face clients see when they walk in 
  • Manage client check-ins and bookings with efficiency and grace 
  • Educate clients about our services
  • Sell memberships like a boss 
  • Keep our lobby looking Instagram-ready at all times 
  • Build lasting relationships with our amazing clients

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits:

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications

  • A people person with a magnetic personality 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask like a pro 
  • Sales-savvy with a knack for closing deals 
  • Passionate about the beauty industry (bonus points if you know your classic from your volume lashes)
  • Comfortable working weekends and evenings when the studio is buzzing
  • Customer service oriented
  • Results oriented, metrics driven
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
  • MindBody Software experience a plus
