StretchLab Andalucia is a locally owned stretch and wellness studio in Albuquerque, NM. We are seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to support daily studio operations and provide excellent customer service to our members.
POSITION:
The purpose of the Front Desk/Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with all-things studio related with a main focus on Sales and Front Desk duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication, and customer service skills required
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email/ text
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and check in clients
- Book and confirm appointments
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean and welcoming studio
- Educate current and protentional clients on services and membership options to retain current members and convert leads/prospects
- Support community events and promotions
- Other duties as assigned
