Kraft & Co. is a luxury floral and event design studio based in Easton, Pennsylvania, serving the Lehigh Valley, New Jersey, and New York. We specialize in thoughtfully curated floral designs, creative event installations, and elevated experiences. Our studio thrives on creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail. We also have a full retail store selling plants, flowers, and gifts, attached to our studio.

Position Overview

The Studio Associate / Hard Goods Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the behind-the-scenes operations of our floral and event studio. This position involves managing supplies and inventory, organizing and restocking hard goods, supporting event logistics, and keeping the studio clean, organized and running smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Organization
  • Maintain and track inventory of hard goods (vases, candles, mechanics, tools, supplies, etc.)
  • Restock supplies and manage ordering lists as needed
  • Keep studio storage areas neat, labeled, and efficient
  • Clean & maintain the condition of the hard goods (vases, candles, etc)
  • Studio Operations
  • Handle cleaning, upkeep, and light repairs in the studio
  • Loading and unloading vans before and after events
  • Deliver supplies, rentals, and arrangements to event venues and clients
  • Event Support
  • Assist with on-site event setup and teardown
  • Work efficiently with the event team to ensure all materials are placed correctly and timelines are met
  • Support breakdown and return of rentals and studio items after events
  • General Support
  • Provide hands-on assistance for studio projects, floral prep, and décor assembly as needed
  • Communicate with the team about inventory levels, studio needs, and logistics

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with great time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable, with strong common sense and a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Must be comfortable driving a larger van in cities like NYC or Philly (or a willingness to learn).
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, particularly during event season

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time position Hours a Week, potential for overtime during peak wedding season); schedule varies according to event schedule and studio needs)
  • $18-$20 per hour starting rate.
