Mentor Program

Mentor Park is a mentoring site for mentors to connect with mentees for mentorship. There is a basic prerequisite of 5 years experience in the field/area you wish to mentor in. If you decide to answer this job post, please specify what area of interest/field you wish to mentor in and why you feel you are qualified. We are looking for people who have considerable experience in areas that are of public interest who can professionally impart their knowledge and expertise to mentees via video-conferencing. The top 10 areas of interest to people in the U.S. as of today are the following as these are the focus areas at the moment for Mentor Park but not limited to: 1. AI & Automation, 2. Biotech/Personalized Medicine 3. Cyber security 4. Climate Tech 5. Renewables Green energy 6. Data Science 7. Health & Telemedicine Tech-integrated wellness care 8. Mental Health & Wellness 9. Quantum Science 10. Metaverse billion-dollar virtual ecosystem. There are countless areas of interest to people and we are focusing on the most popular areas of interest. With that said, we will consider any area of interest where there is significant public interest. Where can we add value to someone searching for answers? Where can we make a contribution? The answer is in almost every area of expertise. Enlightenment can change everything. There is no cost or obligation to mentor and this is a paid position. Therein lies the difference between our mentorship program and the old fashion mentoring expectation. Since there has to be an exchange of value, we will charge for mentorship and mentors will receive 65% of all the net income you produce (this is a commission based position). There may be an occasion or some variations on the payout depending upon discounted agreements. Charging for services and receiving value for service/s already exists in countless professions; why not mentoring. We vet/evaluate all our mentors based on every credential that you possess that builds a strong case of a subject matter authority. Every person is considered on a case by case basis, but the credentials must be impressive and convincing. Mentoring is not a perfect science but logic and reason wins the day. Mentors will be monitored and will be tasked to communicate via Zoom/Google Meet, Zoom, etc... with our mentees; therefore, mentors will need a computer, camara and internet access. Mentors will be paid (commission based pay) 65% of the their net income that they produce for Mentor Park. As well, the percentage for the mentor may be higher depending upon what tier the mentor is at in regards to income and longevity with the company. Mentors will not be responsible for marketing or promoting. We ask our mentors to respond to mentee mentoring requests within one day. Mentoring is an easy concept - people helping other people. That's the beauty of our mentorship program; this job can be done from the comfort of your own home and at your leisure. As a successful mentor, you will need to follow basic instructions, guidelines and have a reasonable foundation of computer skills along with expected interpersonal skills. The income and personal gratification from mentoring can be significant. Our passion and objective will take some time before the world learns about the advantages of mentorship and recognizes the value but we are undeterred regarding our mission. We feel that this area of business is up and coming with great potential. You are our resident expert. Although this can be an area of business, this can also be an area of popular interest such as AI. Are people willing to pay a fee to gain information, insight , direction, personal support, etc... from you in regards to the value you can deliver as their personal mentor? Specificity is our friend and you must ask yourself, with my experience (credentials), where can I add value to their life? Learning is good and a lifelong endeavor. People pay for it every day.
