Description

The MPP Program Manager oversees the Mentor-Protégé Program under Zip Zap IT's contractor team at DHA's OSBP, managing agreements, compliance, and performance reporting to ensure alignment with DoD policies and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Mentor-Protégé Program agreements and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate program reviews, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Draft and maintain program documentation and policy updates.
  • Facilitate stakeholder coordination between DHA, mentors, and protégés.
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with small business or Mentor-Protégé programs.
  • Familiarity with DoD small business regulations and OSBP structure.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex relationships and multiple priorities.
  • Previous federal experience preferred.
