Business Development Officer

National Wealth Management Firm seeks Business Development Officer in Austin to generate new business with HNW individuals and multi-generational families.
- Build and utilize a personal referral network of attorneys, accountants, bankers, etc. to discover and onboard prospects. The firm has established resources in place (ex. Suites at local sports teams) to assist with developing a network of referral sources, as well as a long stable track record of success and strong name recognition.
- Collaborate with internal Advisors to develop and deepen client relationships by identifying wealth planning needs and effectively communicating firm's services
- Lead and participate in presentations, conferences, and seminars to develop and present firm's capabilities to prospective clients
- Requires 5+ years of experience and a successful track record of new business development
- The ideal candidate will have a deep rolodex of external COI's in the HNW accounting, law firm, or broker-dealer space
