Sales Program Manager

We're looking for a Sales Program Manager who will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Moxie's annual sales and recruiting programs. This person will play a key role in driving execution, managing timelines, and ensuring accountability across all teams that support the sales organization. The Sales Program Manager keeps the company on schedule by managing deliverables, removing roadblocks, and maintaining visibility into every major milestone.

Core Responsibilities

Manage the Sales and Recruiting Program Calendar

  • Build, maintain, and manage the full-year calendar for recruiting, onboarding, and summer sales operations.

  • Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across all supporting teams.

  • Ensure every department stays aligned, accountable, and on pace to hit key deadlines.

Lead Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between Sales and internal teams—including Marketing, Recruiting, Payroll, Housing, Licensing, Field Operations, and Systems.

  • Facilitate collaboration and problem-solving to keep programs running smoothly and aligned with company objectives.

  • Represent the sales program in all cross-department projects to ensure alignment, clarity, and accountability.

Drive Program Execution and Accountability

  • Organize and manage the day-to-day activities of sales-related projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and aligned with company goals.

  • Follow up with owners on key deliverables and escalate blockers early.

  • Maintain documentation, track progress, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Track Performance and Report Progress

  • Develop and maintain program-level KPIs that measure readiness, performance, and outcomes.

  • Build dashboards or reports that summarize progress, risks, and results for senior leadership.

  • Analyze trends and make recommendations to improve program performance each cycle.

Equip and Support the Sales Organization

  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Operations to ensure sales teams have the tools, resources, and processes needed to execute effectively.

  • Identify knowledge or process gaps and work cross-functionally to close them.

  • Help equip the field with the structure and systems they need to hit their goals.

Process and Scalability Improvement

  • Document all sales program workflows, timelines, and procedures.

  • Identify inefficiencies or communication gaps and implement solutions that improve speed and consistency.

  • Partner with the Sales Operations Director to ensure all tools and systems support scalability and repeatability.

Special Projects and Events

  • Lead special projects that enhance rep engagement, recognition, and performance throughout the year.

  • Oversee high-visibility initiatives such as the Summer Tournament, national contests, incentive programs, and company-wide competitions.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Recruiting to coordinate event logistics, promotion, and communication.

  • Track project deliverables, manage timelines, and provide post-project analysis and reporting to leadership.

  • Document learnings and improvements to make future projects more efficient and 

Continuous Communication and Feedback

  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders throughout each phase of the program.

  • Gather feedback from internal teams and Partner orgs to improve coordination and clarity.

  • Ensure that goals, processes, and outcomes are clearly understood at every level of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Sales Program Manager or in a similar project/program management role

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, recruiting cycles, and operational challenges

  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills


Preferred

  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, or other project management tools

  • Background in CRM or sales systems

  • PMP certification or equivalent experience
