Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, hard-working, independent, customer focused representative to care for one of our largest and most important partners, Senior Aerospace Ketema. Days will be spent facilitating the service and movement of product throughout the customer's appointed place of business in El Cajon, CA, working closely with other customer service team members. You'll be responsible for covering all their service needs and resolving any issues that may arise. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction as well as following all specific on-site guidelines.

Senior Aerospace Ketema is a manufacturer of components for aircraft and turbine engine building builders. This is not your typical office setting. We are embedded in the manufacturing facility with our own office and warehouse space. This position requires front-line analysis and resolution where appropriate, calling on and utilizing all available Stellar resources as needed.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.

• Be the first point of customer contact for general inquiries about orders, scheduling, delivery of product, etc.

• Adeptly handle all customer inquiries and requests
• Accurately enter quotes and orders using ERP system (Prophet 21)
• Learn, understand, and utilize the automated or semi-automated systems and processes put in place by our Solutions team, including vending machines, wireless warehouse, and other related processes and systems.
• Expedite all open quotes and orders with urgency and accuracy.
• Check on inventory specific to the customer, ensuring that all Min/Max levels and safety stock are adequate.

• Focus on customer specific requirements.

• Accurately and efficiently analyze product usage reports to manage inventory levels according to service level expectations and place orders accordingly.

• Act as a liaison between Account Managers, Specialists, Customer Experience Managers, and other departments as needed.
• Engage in continual learning of all Stellar service, programs, processes and product offerings.

• Follow all customer guidelines and procedures as it pertains to your position.

• Follow all on-site safety and emergency procedures.

• Stay current on all required training and certifications.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Proven organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with ERP systems such as CribMaster is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lb – 50lbs and on occasion up to 75lbs.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant customer service or warehouse related experience is preferred.

Physical Demands

• Light to moderate physical effort that includes frequent standing or walking or maintaining arms and hands in the same position for repetitive tasks. Frequently works with light objects and light hand tools.

Work Environment

• Marginal to moderate hazards that are typically predictable or well protected against
