The Mechanical Engineer IV will serve as a technical leader and mentor, overseeing the work of junior and senior engineers and designers. This position requires deep knowledge of mechanical systems, strong coordination skills, and the ability to interface with clients, architects, engineers, construction managers, vendors, and trade partners. • Develop and review technical documentation including:
    • Load calculations, utility assessments, and energy modeling
    • Design reports, code evaluations, and equipment specifications
    • P&IDs, plans, schedules, and installation details
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a fully integrated and constructible design.
  • Conduct and lead field surveys, identify non-compliant conditions, and support field reporting.
  • Provide advanced support during construction, including RFI responses, submittal reviews, punch list development, and progress reporting.
  • Drive quality assurance through document reviews and technical verification.
  • Mentor and train less experienced engineers and designers.
  • Lead system design programming and master planning efforts.
  • Support proposal development, task planning, and project scheduling in collaboration with Project Managers.
