Office Assistant – Accounting

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support administrative, accounting, and project management functions within a dynamic professional environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting internal teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to management and internal teams
- Assist with accounting functions including invoicing, expense tracking, accounts payable/receivable support, and financial documentation
- Create, maintain, and analyze Excel spreadsheets for budgeting, reporting, and operational tracking
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings, client presentations, and project updates
- Support project management activities by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documentation
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed
- Office organization and supplies management
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting project management or cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems
- Background in accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Advanced fluency in both English and Spanish
